We look forward to making your ordering experience simple and enjoyable. We always have a live voice for you to speak with. No maze of departments, no long lines and we serve our customers from our own call center here in America. We are happy to take your call and we appreciate your business. We are not satisfied until you are!

Here are a few tips to making your ordering easy:

  1. Order early, be happy! Orders placed after May 1st are not guaranteed for your camps first session trunk pick-up.

  2. If you need to make an exchange, we are happy to accommodate. Make sure to allow yourself enough time to make an exchange if for some reason an item doesn't fit. If the time is getting close to the start of camp, we can always send the items directly to camp for your camper and they will be waiting for you upon arrival.

  3. Avoid placing your order on Monday mornings in May or June as Mondays tend to have the heaviest call volumes. If you need to place an order on Monday during those months, we suggest doing so on the web or via fax. We do not want to keep you waiting during the busiest times of the year and strive to give quick and efficient service.

  4. When ordering, be sure to include your email address. We sometimes will need to contact you in the case of a backorder or to update you on the status of your order. We like to keep you in the loop!

  5. Some products are not manufactured in our warehouse and are drop-shipped directly to you by another firm. If you have an issue with an item that has been drop shipped from another company, call us or send an e-mail to and we will assist you promptly.

How to Order:

  1. Take a moment to review your camp, school or clubs packing list. You will want to take extra care as you review the list if your group has a required uniform.

  2. Select the items you are interested in purchasing either through the website or catalog. We suggest making a list with a pen and paper so that you feel comfortable with the items you are selecting for purchase.

  3. Put the selections into the web ordering portion of the website or fill out the order form found in your catalog and send it via fax to 508-429-1147 or give a friendly custom service person a call and we'll be happy to assist you!

  4. After selecting all the items you wish to purchase, head to the checkout area on our website. Make sure to put in your correct address for shipping. We want the items to reach you in good order and in a timely manner. Checking that your address has been input correctly is VERY important.

  5. After the checkout process has been completed you will receive a confirmation number for your order. You may track your order with this confirmation number. You will receive notification via the delivery carrier when your order has shipped.

Most shipments take 14-21 days for order processing, as all of the gear we manufacture is custom made for you! We appreciate your patience. We always ship products before the start of camp. If you are ordering late (past May 1st) we do deliver items directly to camp with your child's name on the items. They will be waiting for you when you arrive!
